I have a problem that maybe somebody can help me with. I can't stop stop barking, snarling and biting at a lot of different things with wheels. Trash carts, bicycles, grocery carts, even old ladies using walkers with wheels. I try to chase the mail man in his truck and go crazy over the trash trucks. Current problem is that where we're staying in Florida, everybody has a golf cart (even my humans) and I bark at them and try to chase them. My humans say that my barking/snarling problem is the only thing keeping me from qualifying as a therapy dog. Can I be helped?

I'm temporarily living in the Villages in Florida. My humans came down here to get away from the cold temperatures up north. It's not really hot down here yet, but 70 degrees isn't too bad. Don't have to wear my sweater at all. We'll be here til April. Lots of new smells. Always have to poop on someone's lawn, but my humans pick it up right away and nobody seems to object. What's really nice is the dog parks in the Villages. Good to be off leash and running around with new friends for a while. Wish we had a good and convenient one at our home up north.

Hey cousins...tomorrow will be 2020 and Iā€™m not sure what that all means??? Some other wonders are its so dark at 4:30 in the afternoon! This morning i slept until 6:00. I couldn't believe it! Seems like my pee and poop schedule is all off. My first walk is in the dark and my last walk is in the dark. Is it like this at your house?? Hope i can get to to you soon. Iā€™m so confused. šŸ˜³

Hey there Henry! Just got back from the groomer and I am exhausted. You can see the Christmas bow which I like so much better than those goofy scarfs. The place was mobbed today with lots of dogs most of whom I have never seen. I guess some dogs get groomed once a year. I hear you got a hair cut too. We can compare notes. Are you ready for the trip up here? Guess youā€™re stopping in Lehigh for your brothers races. I think you'll need to get in your bag if your Mom wants to take you inside. Don't worry about feeling confined. I do it all the time! I go to Market Basket, Target and last week i went to Bed Bath and Beyond. Mom puts me in the basket and i can see and hear everything. When we get into the check out line someone always says ā€˜Oh my God do you have a dog in there?ā€™ What a silly question. Would my Mom have a snake or skunk in there! Not likely... in some ways i like being in my bag and Iā€™ll tell you why. When we go to Petco or Pet Smart i get to go in without my bag and on the leash BUT there are so many dog smells that I always pee on the floor. Last time i had an uncontrollable urge to POOP and I did!! It was humiliating. Well i better get my spot in the sun before itā€™s too late. See you tomorrow and weā€™re getting Pizza when you get here. Cant wait šŸ•

Hey Henry, just saw your brother on Facebook! Looks like he got a car -Wow thatā€™s pretty awesome. Have you taken a ride with him yet? Your Dad described the car and it is a 6 shift stick. What the heck is that??? Are there really six sticks on the floor? How exactly does that work? Maybe he should wear driving gloves so he doesnā€™t get splinters from the sticks. Does the car smell like sticks? Iā€™d be afraid Iā€™d get the urge to pee on them. Maybe I shouldnā€™t ride in this car. See you for Christmas. I canā€™t wait.

Hi Everyone..did you all have lots of people for dinner yesterday? We did and it was Thursday!! Whatā€™s with that? All kinds of food all day, then I saw it. A big turkey came out of the oven. Everybody held hands and said a prayer. It was really a terrific surprise on a Thursday. I wonder if theyā€™ll all come back next Thursday?? I hope so ...

I have a heavy heart today. My dog friend Abigail passed away. Iā€™ve been grief stricken for a couple of weeks. Not interested in sniffing, eating and taking long walks on the beach. For the last few months her Mom has been pushing her in this little pet stroller. Her heart was failing but I was too much into myself and wasted lots of walk time peeing all over the beach wall and not paying attention to Abigail. Her Mom came up today and she gave me a beautiful Cole Hahn jacket that Abigail had worn and I was really moved. I can feel her paws around me and that makes me very happy!

Hey sorry Iā€™ve not been sharing my words of wisdom lately, but I received this picture from Jack, #1 the oldest member of the Jennings family, and I could not just let it rest. I feel compelled to share my observation. As some of you know, Claire #4 is the newest but perhaps the oldest fur sister. Phyllis, #2 who is Jackā€™s younger sister, is really having a hard time accepting Claire. I think itā€™s a combination of her screeching bark and her just moving into the inner circle of Bitsy and Alexā€™s bed. Jack posted this picture celebrating the girls sharing a bed but I can see anger in Phyllisā€™ face and Claireā€™s ears are on high alert. Iā€™m not sure this is going to work! I think Jack is looking for some guidance on how to manage these 2 girls. Perhaps Walter, #3 can step in. Heā€™s younger and I think the girls respect him. Any of you have any suggestions on how these brothers and sisters can work together while respecting their individuality and contributions to the whole family.
